SilkPeel Dermal-InfusionThis procedure combines the benefits of microdermabrasion with infusion of therapeutics into the skin at the same time. Microdermabrasion is a skin-freshening technique that helps repair facial skin that has taken a beating from the sun and the effects of aging. A crystal-free device is used to combine gentle abrasion with suction to remove the problem areas of the outer layer of your skin. In addition, a therapeutic agent of choice (moisturizing, lightening, or acne-reducing agent) is infused into the dermis of the skin at the same time.
This is a pain-free treatment to repair your skin and takes about 30 minutes to complete.

This is one of the newest procedures for skin rejuvenation. It is not a laser. It is based on a Radio Frequency System. It uses a cooling cryo-gel to cool the skin while the Radio Frequency System generates gentle heat to modify the collagen in the skin. This causes a noticeable skin tightening with vitually no down time. It is a painless in-office procedure ideal for all skin types and on all parts of the body. This does not replace a surgical “lift” but can significantly tighten skin without surgery providing a safe non-surgical alternative for the selected patient.
We proudly offer a variety of skin care products from the Skinceuticals and Obagi product lines and incorporate them into our treatment protocols. For more information, visit Skinceuticals.com and Obagi.com.
Botox Cosmetic is a brand name for the naturally occurring botulinum toxin, an FDA-approved treatment which is injected into the muscles that cause frown lines between the brows. It can also be used to treat frown lines around the eyes (crow’s feet), forehead, and neck areas. In addition, it is often used to treat sweating in the armpits and hands. After the injections, you will notice improvement in these frown lines within days and the results can last up to 4 months.

Dermal fillers are a line of therapeutic injectables using various compounds such as hyaluronic acid to help add volume and hydration to your face. They are commonly used to improve facial wrinkles and folds including nasolabial folds, and frown lines on the brow. Unlike collagen, the hyaluronic acid based fillers are free from animal proteins, which eliminates risks of allergic reactions.
Numbing cream and sometimes a numbing injection are given prior to the treatment. These are office-based procedures with minimal downtime. Most patients find great benefit to combining modalities of treatment, such as Botox with a dermal filler. Dr. Maddali will discuss your options with you during your consultation.
