Sirish Maddali, M.D., is a highly qualified plastic surgeon, offering a full mix of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures for California patients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Dr. Maddali earned his M.D. from Cornell University with the highest distinction possible – election into the national Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He then completed 9 years of post-doctorate surgical training, including completing a General Surgery residency at Cornell’s New York Presbyterian Hospital and a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California in San Francisco. He has published numerous articles based on his original research and given multiple presentations nationally and internationally on a variety of surgical topics, including inflammation and its effects on healing.

Dr. Maddali has a very diverse cultural background. His parents moved from their native India to Nigeria, where he was born and spent most of his childhood. He then lived in India briefly before his family left in pursuit of the “American dream” and finally settled in New York City where Dr. Maddali completed his high school education at Stuyvesant High School, one of the most prestigious public high schools of the country.
His continued drive for excellence took him to Brown University, Rhode Island, where he graduated magna cum laude and obtained his Bachelors of Science. He then returned to New York City and graduated as Doctor of Medicine with the highest honor of Alpha Omega Alpha at the prestigious Cornell University Medical School.
Dr. Maddali is skilled at a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including breast, abdomen, eye and facial operations (See the Surgical Procedures page for more information). His San Francisco office also offers the most popular non-surgical skin treatments, including Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, Sculptra, and other facial fillers.

In his San Francisco practice, Dr. Maddali is fortunate to be joined by his wife, Vera Komisarjevsky, a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who trained at Columbia University in the heart of New York City.
